SHIPPING

We ship same day if we receive orders before 2.00pm Adelaide time - we use Couriers Please or Australia Post, and delivery time obviously depends on where you live. You will be supplied with a tracking number with your shipping notification so you can keep an eye on your purchase. Shipping costs are calculated depending on the size of the product  (cubic weight ), or the weight of the product.

RETURNS

Returns & Replacements - Need to return something? Email us at hello@lightboxgift.com.au and let us know what the issue is.

If we have shipped the wrong thing we will cover all costs associated with returning the item to us and replacing it with the right one.

If you wish to exchange an item, email us within 14 days and we will work something out - items must be in a resaleable condition with swing tags intact.

If an item is faulty/broken, please email us within 24 hours with details, post the item back and we will refund the amount plus shipping.

We don't accept change of mind returns on earrings, gift cards or any items purchased from our sale section.
